The online DBT skills group offers you the opportunity to learn practical tools for managing emotions and dealing with life's challenges, in a supportive and group setting. The program focuses on developing mindfulness skills, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal efficiency, with weekly practice and professional guidance. Each session includes learning new skills and practical practice that can be applied in everyday life. The program is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their interpersonal and emotional abilities, accompanied by a supportive group and at a personal pace.

Our self-care programs combine tools from the worlds of CBT and DBT, designed to change thinking patterns, manage emotions and improve relationships. In CBT, we will learn techniques for managing emotions and stressful situations with the help of research-based content and practical exercises. In DBT, we will focus on developing resilience and emotional balance with the help of mindfulness, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. The programs include independent exercises and instructional videos, and are tailored to your individual needs.
